I have two friends who bought '85 weekenders new and still have them. Their travel is mostly road trips, long distance road trips at that, and they don't stay in one spot for long. The vans are also their weekend hauling vehicles. The Weekender works well for this, and it may well be more of an "American style" of camping and usage. Weekenders cheaper? so... could we assume that the weekender was built for North America camping style? :-) |
