Good Afternoon All,
A few years ago I installed a Propex heater in my 87 Westy. The exhaust pipe exits on the passenger side just forward of the rear wheel. This summer I purchased an "Add a Room" side tent for my Westy. Now that its turning cold, I just realized I have a "compatibility problem" between the Propex exhaust and the "Add a Room". I'm planning a camping trip next weekend and want to use both the Propex and the side tent. The problem is that the exhaust from the Propex will blow directly against the tent and will melt/damage it. I want to relocate the exhaust to the driver's side just forward of the rear wheel (opposite from where it is now) so it will be away from the tent. Any suggestions as to where I can get long-enough length of the exhaust pipe for my Propex? Thanks in advance.
