Ben, I think that this issue strikes at the very heart of our Community and warrants discussion. I have often told others not to worry about dealing with VW folks here or on the Samba. VW folks simply don't screw VW folks. All of a sudden we get smacked on the side of the head by the Das Auto guys who are entrusted with carrying on the legacy. I think that the discussion is very much Vanagon and every other VW model relevant. Where do we go from here?
