I did this job not long ago. For some of the bushings, I heat up area of arm around the bushing with a propane torch This allowed me to drift them out. They were surprisingly easy to remove with this method. I was also able to "draw" one or two out with threaded rod arrangement.

The new bushing can be "drawn" in with threaded rod, washers. An old radius rod washer fit pretty good as backing for threaded rod.
