10/09/2015 How to clean up and return that new, never-needed, starter for a full refund? Hi, y'all! Thank you for your earlier help and support. NOW, I need to return the new starter that was installed, used for about twenty miles, and replaced with my new/old (< 200 miles on it) Bosch starter. There is a 1 1/2 " oil smear on the white paper label, and general grime on the metal portions . . . How Would YOU clean it back to apparent "newness" and return it for the $125 refund? (At time of purchase, last week, the clerk said I would not be able to return the starter IF it had been installed . . . )
Help, please; I want to return this albatross and get my $125 back!
Thank you, Linda |
