Haha, Audi 5000 and simple electrical, good one...

Customer: One of my power windows stopped working or is making noise. How much to repair it? Shop rate now $110/hour and we need at least 4 hours. $440 plus parts and tax, yes to fix a window. I have to figure a way to charge that!

Back when I saw Audi 5000s I always chuckled when they would wait for all of them to stop working and then bring it in suggesting it was a fuse or simple electrical problem.
