I opened up the door and can't seem to determine the problem. It seems while looking toward the door from the inside the cable runs out of the white opaque tube? up to the window bottom edge, turns 90d toward the locking mechy, another 90d downward to the bottom of the door then does another 90d turn toward the front of the door. It seems the cable is unsheathed on the vertical runs. I can see with a tiny mirror the threads? on the motor housing where the plastic tube? connects and it seems to retract/extend when I operate the buttons but I can't really tell just how the whole thing is supposed to work. The window produces little to no abnormal noise now and works well, just slowly. And, the DS window now has an odd, very slight clunk in at least one spot in the movement up/down. Can anyone describe how the assembly is supposed to operate. My FatMat is a little troublesome but I've removed most of it where it impairs vision. Please/thanks!
