Are you talking about the aluminum block, tall version in syncro, rather than the pressed steel retaining cap? If so, I saw mention of a uk fellow making repros, at the 80-90 forum site. Another option would be to make your own from aluminum bar stock. Could be as simple as plain rectangular piece with two holes.
