We here at Frank Condelli & Associates rebuild those power window motors. Most all of them by now need servicing. Moisture getting in seizes up the bushings on the armature. Open up, clean-up, remove the rubber plugs at the bottom end to allow moisture to escape, lube and reassemble. The HARD part is getting the bushings back into their retainers. if your handy you can do it yourself.
