Subject: Question on Extend A stay kit
Content-Type: text/plain; charset=utf-8

Hi listers,

I’m hoping someone out there has the Extend a stay kit from Bus Depot. My propane hardware needs to be replaced so I purchased this kit to improve the uses of my propane system. The kit came with the adapter and two hoses. The long hose is to power a propane device like a camp stove. I assume the other shorter hose is to hook a external tank to the existing tank.

The kit did not come with directions even though I’m told the paper tag said directions enclosed.

The kit says Sturgi-stay deluxe kit. I googled it and found it in multiple places but didn’t find directions.

I’d love a simple description of where the adapter fits into the hardware and how the smaller hose is attached or used. The long hose is straight forward.

I’m gathering the needed hardware to upgrade my tank and hope to have a basic understanding before I bring it to a RV shop.

Thanks Stuart for all the recent help. I’m waiting for the 10 percent valve, quick fill, and shut off to arrive. I have the two stage regulator.
