In regards to adjusting and the instructions. This is my first WBX
adjustment.

Boston Bob recommended 1.5 turns back in the day.

Is this 540 degrees of rotation? Or just one and a half turns of the wrist?

I'm pretty sure it's 540, but it never hurts to ask.
