My syncro has a rear locker, but no front locker, or decoupler. I believe
that lockers & a decoupler were factory options. This was Swedish Syncro,
& it came w/ a cold weather package of heated driver's seat, & rear heater,
in addition to the rear locker. Wish I had the decoupler. YMMV
