It better be really cheap. Find out the age of the transmission, they are Eurovan specific and about $5000 to rebuild. If it's been rebuilt and in use for 75,000 km or so, it might be an okay van.  I'd do an oil analysis on the tranny fluid and engine oil. www.blackstone-labs.com
