Look for ignition or fuel related miss fire. Due the distributor less ignition a miss fire will usually knock out two cylinders.

Happy Friday. My 1991 GL with a 1992 2.2 Subie is running rough (see video) after it it runs for a minute or two. It starts fine and idles smooth, then it begins to miss. Here's a link to a video I made. Sorry the neck stretching angle...
