Good to know. Was just thinking from the "everyman-woman" point of view. And IIRC, for me, I found that having the extension part way out of the socket was slightly problematic. But that's me as an amateur DIY type. ;)

IIRC I might've cut down an old socket. Old sockets can be real handy.
