It is fairly common in the RV world for a cable hookup. There are a number
of external boxes available and there are also inserts to add that connector
to electrical boxes. Since that "F" connector is small maybe just mount it
on the body say the rear panel near the license plate and use a weather
proof cap for it.

externally?  Modify a hook up box?  Wife wants to go glamping.
