What year is it? I would think that you have OBD ( 1 or 2) any codes
thrown?

When I hear "Starts up fine. Warms up fine. Then it starts running
rough..." I think of the Oxygen Sensor which is supposed to come into the
whole equation right at that point. When is the last time you replaced the
o2 sensor?
