Hey Mike,

Take a ride over to Cain’s Tire in SR and ask them to show you their ”locking lug nut hall of fame”. It’s a bucket full of locking lugs they’ve had to cut off customers cars because - yup - folks lost the lug tool. Easy enough to remove/cut off if you’re in town but what if you lose it or left it at home and you flat in Death Valley?

Weld a locking stud on your tire rack - stud that has a flattened end with a hole in it or do what Jeff S suggests - drill one yourself - and throw a padlock on there. Much easier to cut off when you lose the key. LOL

Weld two bolts to your bumper for the high lift and be sure to put a cover on it or the next time you use it after its been on the outside of your van for a year will not be fun.

Too big to go inside. How does one lock it to the front bumper-I have the big tube bumpers? > > Mike
