It would be easy enough to tell with a tape measure. Lay a wheel on a flat surface. Using the center hole measure from that flat surface up to the flat surface that mounts against the car hub. Write it down. Flip the wheel over and measure again, up to the same point on the wheel.

Subtract the smaller measurement from larger one. Divide that by 2. That is the ET

If measurements done in inches, multiply by 25.4 to get ET in mm.

This can be done with tire on or not. More accurate without tire.
