Iowa may not be the strongest market for Vanagons, but start by looking on www.thesamba.com for comparable listings. It will come down to what it always does--a willing seller and a willing buyer agreeing on a price. Maybe you should look there together with your interested party and agree on a price.

Good luck!

Stuart

A local fellow is interested in my '91 Vanagon GL. I want to give it a good home but I don't want to give it away because I am ignorant of the market. Edmonds show about $2000 and an antique car listing shows about $8000!

Where is a good place to look to find a reasonable price?

Thanks,

Herb
