Beetles went to 5x112 in 2012, so any of those newer Beetle wheels will work on the Golf.

Almost any of the VW 5x112 wheels can be made to work on the Vanagon, but it entails having the center bores of the wheels machined to fit over the hubs as well as the use of spacers and all new wheel hardware. If you fall in love with a set of these wheels, they work well, but it does take some effort to get them installed onto a Vanagon. In addition, due to concave face design of many of the newer VW wheels, it is often difficult to get center caps mounted when used on a Vanagon, especially a 2wd.

Thanks!  This should do it!  The Beetle seems to be the odd vehicle out.  Darn it.  Jetta=Passat=Golf but not Beetle.  And none of these fit to a Vanagon, right?

The newer Golf Wagon i got has 18 inch wheels.  Those would look nice on the camper ...

Darn.
