I have heard that if someone knows what they are doing it can take as little as a weekend. In my experience It really depends upon how much mechanical knowledge and mechanical COMMON SENSE you have. Access to an engine hoist and a good set of tools are very helpful. Also make sure you have all of your parts when you start. Not having everything will slow you down a great deal. The documentation is excellent. It does require attention to detail and patience. You can not be in a hurry.
