IIRC the capacity of the stock Manchester tanks is 3.3 gallons.  BUT the
correct fill level is 2.5 gallons.  I know that is where my tanks shuts off
when being filled (I think I still have tha auto-stop valve in mine).
These tanks can't be filled full to the top, there has to be expansion room.
