you could also do this first...to find out what direction you should tie it
up... before using the zip tie

with the instrument cluster cover off, using a using a straight coat hanger
with one end hooked to the speedo cable...

now drive the van... as soon as the noise appear, pul or push the coat
hanger..

you will hear a change on the noise... either it will go away (houray ! ! )
or at least less noisy...
