We have those OXY sensor shields in stock, see the link below. As mentioned the coax cable has to be right, the ground CANNOT touch the terminal end. Then if you have not done the capacitor fix to the AFM that NEEDS to be done ASAP and clean the track and wiper in the AFM with lacquer thinner and compressed air, do not dry or touch any of the contact area with ANYTHING !
