No apologies needed for me. For the fan fuses there is one for each fan, on
the ground side so go figure. Most likely it is a bad fan motor. Lots of fun
doing this! As for the fan not working on low speed the first item to test
is the fan speed resistor. Depending on how this fails you can lose both of
the reduced speeds. Yes, these actually can operate over 3 speeds.

Sorry for the terrible English on my original email. I was half asleep when
typing it.
What I should have said was that my evaporator fan is blowing 1 of the 2
fuses that are in the closet.
Once I get home I'm going to dig into this wiring. I've also got an issue
where the low speed radiator fan isn't turning on. That's a whole other
subject though.
I do appreciate all of the help!
