It amazes me how often these covers are missing. Get some 1/8 or 3/16 ABS plastic sheet and make your own. Some thin foam will help to seal it if you think that is needed and the plastic is not going to short out against that positive cable when someone installs the fuse box feed bolt upside down. Yes the 10mm hex head is supposed to face down at the battery, not stick out the top.
