The box is out, apart, and cleaned.  Just waiting to air dry.  Thanks for
all the suggestions.  I used a utility knife and a hammer to cut open the
glued tabs.  Only broke one.  Got my gauges (oil pressure and temperature
and transmission oil temp) rewired.  This time neatly.  New bulbs for all
the controls on the dash. Before I put this all back together, is there
anything recommended to cut noise? Every little bit helps.
