Subject:      Camping Spot Near Mystic, CT in June

My daughter won a financial scholarship to live on a tall ship and learn to sail in Mystic, CT late in June this year.   My Vanagon and I will need be nearby for the week.  Is there an inexpensive or free place to stay around there?   A hotel is out of the question and the KOA is too expensive.   I’m flexible, if you’ve got a clear driveway spot I’ll take it or any other suggestions I would appreciate it.
