For me, there are some issues here I think. What king of light do these put
out. I have a real problem with lighting that is not standard old slightly
yellow in appearance. The cars with brilliant bluewhite lighting are
eyeball killers where I'm concerned. They are blinding. I've got a bit of
a bash in my van as a result of someone turning those things on me just as
I turned at a stop sign. Blinded me to the point of running off the road
and onto a high rain curb. The human eye is not designed to deal with that
bluewhite light, wut with a yellow light, as in sunlight. Thousands of
years of evolution at work. Comes the new stuff and we're not ready for it.
If you put on 'yellow' shades, egular lights still appear yellow. But with
the bright bluewhites , the yellow lenses filter out the blue radiation and
the lights appear as green. Big difference. And they don't light the way
nearly as good as the old fashioned yellower lights. Something to think
about. We don't want blinded drivers. They might even hit us!
