You join up for a certain vehicle and they bundle and email you the closeouts from time to time.

Be careful with those guys. Their stuff is what they say it is: you can choose cheap junk to get a car running or they will sell you really good stuff, and they tell you the difference when/if they know it themselves. But if you are not careful you might spend $15.00 postage on a fifty cent gasket.

Customer service is excellent. I bought a vanagon windshield from them on sale. It arrived damaged. I had a replacement on its way within minutes and it arrived in great shape. I was prepared to jump through hoops but it wasn't needed.
