John, we rebuild these hoses, I have some ready to ship, see the link below. We do not put the restrictor in as it’s unavailable and removing the old restrictor and crimping it back in cannot be done, not by my rebuilder anyways. It’s not a problem if you have new power steering HOSES, but if you have the original metal lines still there they will vibrate making a noise when the pressure is built up in the lines from turning the steering wheel. No vibration or noise from the HOSES ! If you could find a shop near you that has the proper hose, must be over 1400 pounds pressure rated, the proper crimping equipment and have access to a new threaded end, reusing the banjo end, they could rebuild one of your hoses.
