Giving some more thought to this, I suspect the 55 watts is total across 4 lights (aka low beams and high beams). So this means it should be about 13 watts per bulb.

I’ve been using LED light bulbs in my houses for many years. 3 watt LEDs correspond to about 20 watt incandescents. 15 watt LEDs correspond to about 60-75 watt incandescents. So this jives with 13 watt LEDs being replacements for the 55 watt incandescents we traditionally use in our vehicles.

The temperature color of the LEDs is likely to be higher (from the video, probably 3000-5000K would be my guess) compared to our standard bulbs (which are around 2600K-3000K). Since they are still using the (Eurospec) standard reflectors, it will be all about the distribution pattern of the LEDs.
