fyi, everyone, if you see and ad like this that has a out of area phone
number in the pic, and a ridiculously low price, and then directs you to
correspond to someone with a "gmail account"  then its always a scam.

scammers use Gmail most all of the time.   here is an example..

central NJ craigslist, type in post id: 5414225873  and you can see  what i
mean.
