the horn contract right in on the back side of the steering wheel. Need to remove steering wheel to see it.

since a vast majority of driving is done with steering wheel in one position ..driving straight ahead.. one area of the brass ring wears much more.

'no one' that I know of knows to lubricate this metal-to-metal moving contact area. Even tho I'm a total 'lubrication nut' ....I even forget to give this area attention ..like say once a year.
