I camped at Top Sail this weekend. It was full but we managed to grab a cancellation. Restrooms are nice with two showers in the first RV loop. There are additional bath houses. Bring a 30 amp socket adapter. $52 with tax. Nearby Washington Point forest has primitive camping for $10 per night, but it's hike-in or Syncro-in. Chris.
