Kudos has to go to Scott Lahey for his "how-to" on fixing my shifting
problem. Printed the email, gave it to the mechanic at HESCO in Birmingham
and he had it fixed in a half hour. Said the email was a big help.

Once that problem was solved, a new shifting problem showed up, but thats a
topic for another post and should have it's own heading for achival
purposes.
