Well thank you everyone for input. I did not think to measure the voltage after connecting the fan load. The reading is now 14 Volts. I can live with that. I guess it will interesting to see if the fan outlives the Battery Charger. It is a nice three stage charger with float and desulfate capabilities.Sometimes even good things come to an end. It is looking like spring here in Califorina and I what to hit the road while we still have some green to look at. it was beautiful to see rivers running last year in Wyoming. I have to find a Voltage draw and a drop somewhere. I need to sort out my cruise control. At least idealiy.  The  Van is 32  years old and the list never ends, But what Fun!Thanks Again, Bill
