It's always been this way! But my favorite justification of all time was a bay window Westy a guy was selling (and this was back in 1999) for $5,000.00. A realistic price was more like $1,800-2,000.00. When I asked him how he came up with the price of 5 grand, he replied "The one I want to buy cost $5,000.00"
