I also got the Go Westy seal, after getting Bus Depot's and not liking it. BD uses the same seal as the pop top, and I felt that the bulb is too big, but they claim it works fine. GW's has a smaller bulb and has worked great for me for 5 years in the rainy NW. If you want a big bulb version my unused BD seal is available!

It appears that I have to replace my skylight seal. After only a couple or 3 years, it has developed a break in the seal right in the middle rear. It also seems to be "deflated" along the rear edge. I checked the vendors, and found prices vary quite a bit. Not a lot of info about them, although Bus Depot claims that theirs has a metal strip so no glue needed. Any consensus on which one is the best. They are all pretty inexpensive, but I hate to keep replacing anything.
