Glad to see a Carat price up there where it should be.

these are solid 10,000 dollar vanagons in my opion, if in really good condition and state of service/maintenance.

all prices are automatically 'or best offer' unless it says 'firm' on the price.

if have what is really 'the first Carat' .. an 87 Wolfsburg .. officially known as a 1987 Wolfsburg Special Edition ...

I believe it's the first appearance of the lowered factory suspension, jump seats, fold out table, all the deluxe goodies, fiberglass bumpers and all that stuff. They came only in metallic silver paint I believe, that year. I might sell it one of these days. It's one of 7 running vanagons I have, in So. Oregon and I need to cut down. Though I do LOVE this van .. and a Carat like the blue one advertized here.. not bad. and the auto trans ..not bad either . I just put a rebuilt auto trans in my 86..I like it. they also work well with Subaru engine conversions, an auto vanagon trans.

Many Carats are automatics. More 'points' IMO for a manual trans. glad to see the price up there. 'no rust' is worth a lot. and they don't make these anymore. I hope it finds a really good home. I'm a 15 inch wheel man myself. Can only get 'so far' with 14's. I also run dedicated front and rear tires any/or wheels in 2WD to enhance handling and straight line tracking, ...but that's another subject.
