Not only traveling in it. My friend's son goes out and plays in their Westy practically all day, crawling in one door and out another. It's like a big jungle gym to him!

My kids always loved traveling in the van too, though I think traveling long distances would be much more pleasurable if I could get all the camping gear out of the floor (Dennis: "You've outgrown your van"). I prefer to think we've expanded its horizons. ;) Anyway, my son, who's 3-and-a-half now, has only camped in our van once, last Spring, for a couple of days. Most of the rest of his young life, my van has been in some shop or another getting restoration work done. Well, for the past couple of months, he's been telling everybody who will listen about how he's going camping in his van in May at this music festival. All I can say is it damn well better be ready for camping when the time comes or I'm going to sic my boy on 'em.
