Subject:      Engine Cranks but No Start

1984 westfalia – 1.9 liter engine, non syncro,

Cranks easily but no start.  Pump starts but does not stop as at other
times!
What I have noticed:
Spark at the plugs,
Fuel pressure at fuel rails but cannot detect injectors firing.
Pulled fuel rails one at a time with injectors attached – cranked motor –

no fuel from injectors!
Removed the AFC computer – nothing seems burnt or damaged in any way
whatsoever.
Any suggestions from the list?
