That site is Terry from Samba fame, terrible to do business with in my experience. The best set up I have seen is 2 sets of hooks attached to the gutter rails and then adjusted to hang the AC unit out the window with nylon straps screwed to the sides of the unit. From there is just a matter of sealing off the area around it. I have Jonces front window wrap so still trying to see how that could work.
