All new hoses up to the expansion tanks, all hose clamped. I did the tank reseal kit.

But, I'm betting that it's the seal to the fuel level sender unit. Because during installation I accidentally reused the old rubber o-ring. I only noticed this after I had the tank already installed. In my head I said "the old one was fine.."

Famous last words..

I'll kick myself after I fix it.. but bleh.
