It is most likely a broken wire or a wire unplugged. The oil pressure sensor that makes the buzzer turn on is by the water pump. Most of the time the wire gets knocked loose by the belt of the water pump or someone bumping it or just forgetting to hook it up when they are installing the engine. If it is plugged in then you need to check for continuity and also be sure the sensor is a grey one. Finally if all of that checks out it is time to get the oil pressure gauge out and test it for real to see if there is a real issue.
