I've done that for a subwoofer in the back. It's more difficult with the fridge in there but doable with a fish tape.


 BTW, your water tank hoses are really funky. You are due for a replacement, and I'd include the big fill pipe too.  Post this job on your site when you do!  http://www.gowesty.com/product-details.php?v=&id=23593

I just posted an article on TexasVanagons.com explaining how I drilled in a small wire chase from my rear closet to my middle cabinet. One drilled hole made all the difference in the world in running my solar panel wiring from the rear to the front of the van.
