I've done that for a subwoofer in the back. It's more difficult with the fridge in there but doable with a fish tape.

I just posted an article on TexasVanagons.com explaining how I drilled in a small wire chase from my rear closet to my middle cabinet. One drilled hole made all the difference in the world in running my solar panel wiring from the rear to the front of the van.
