Let us know how those work out for long trips.

The only long trip I've been on in a Town and Country, I found my lower back was not happy after a couple of hours (but that was an earlier Chrysler, not a 2015). Our '91 Vanagon's seats are good for a 12 hour drive!

As a personal preference, I dislike leather seats (too hot and sweaty in the summer, too cold in the winter) but many others love them.
