I think many have done this already having similar requirements for 12V plugs/extra lighting/ heaters in the back and along the way. I just removed the fridge and layed in a few extra wires for future needs. It's a good idea to get back there and have a look at and clean up accumulated dust and if necessary rust. The pictures are a good visual for those that might be thinking about it and can see what to expect.
