There is no adjustment for this clutch. Did they install a new clutch kit when they did the other work? You could have some air trapped in the system if they recently repaired the clutch hydraulic system. If not then either you have a failing clutch master cylinder, your clutch is worn out, the fork that engages the throw out bearing is dying, or (my guess) they forgot to install a pilot bearing in the end of the crankshaft when they did the motor rebuild.
